These Terms of Service govern use of https://www.fablearc.xyz and the digital subscription service operated by DERE TRADE PTE. LTD. By accessing the website, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, a user agrees to these Terms.

1. Service description

FableArc provides online digital access to catalog previews, subscription pages, and customer support resources. The service does not include physical shipping, cash-equivalent products, investment products, gambling, crypto services, adult services, game top-ups, wallet balances, virtual coin recharge, gift cards, or account resale.

2. Accounts

• Users must provide accurate account and contact information.
• Users are responsible for maintaining login credential confidentiality.
• Users should notify us promptly if they suspect unauthorized account access.
• We may suspend or restrict access where account misuse, payment issues, fraud, security risk, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

3. Membership and access

Membership plans, prices, access periods, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase or activation. Access is provided online and may depend on account status, successful payment, security checks, and service availability.

4. Billing and renewal

Where recurring billing is offered, renewal timing and amount will be disclosed before purchase. Customers are responsible for canceling future renewal before the next billing date if they no longer want the service.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly display website content except as expressly allowed.
• Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the website, run automated abuse, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, payment abuse, adult content distribution, gambling, crypto promotion, investment schemes, or account resale.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refund and cancellation rules are described in our Refund Policy. Because this is a digital access service, refunds are limited and reviewed case by case according to that policy and applicable law.
