Refund Policy

Effective date: July 13, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases and membership access for FableArc, operated by DERE TRADE PTE. LTD. The service provides digital online access, not physical goods.

1. Digital access nature

Because FableArc provides immediate or near-immediate digital access to online catalog and membership pages, completed subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated or made available, except as required by law or as described below.

4. Refund request window

Refund review requests should be sent within 7 days of the transaction date to deretradepte2026@outlook.com. Include the account email, payment date, amount, transaction reference, plan name, and issue description.

5. Processing time

We aim to provide an initial response within 1-2 business days. If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, and payment method.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal where recurring billing is available. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current active billing period unless the refund request qualifies under this policy or applicable law.
